PRELIMINARY DESIGN

This stage also enables the acquisition of a building permit.
MAIN DESIGN
The main design phase refines the solutions outlined in the preliminary design and establishes the final technical specifications. It includes architectural and engineering solutions, construction details, and an initial construction budget. For larger and more complex buildings, local authorities may require the main design for issuing a building permit.
WORKING DESIGN
The working design is the final and most detailed stage of the design process, serving as the basis for construction work. It includes precise drawings, specifications, and technical descriptions that define the building’s construction, materials, and structural solutions.
This documentation is essential for builders, ensuring that the construction is carried out according to the designed solutions and meets all requirements.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We sign a general design contract with the client and coordinate subcontracts for engineering and other specialist work. BIM DESIGN
