FRA – Architecture Born from Collaboration

FRA is an architectural practice shaped by hands-on experience and an organic partnership that began during our studies. We are united by shared values and a common understanding of what defines good architecture, while at the same time bringing different perspectives and strengths to the table. It is precisely this balance that forms the foundation for thoughtful, cohesive, and functional spatial solutions.

Hanna-Liisa Tuur has been active in the field of architecture since 2015, beginning her professional work alongside her studies in an architectural office.

Elis Rahnorg began working as an architect in 2018, progressing from an intern to a lead architect and managing large-scale projects, including the design of the Viimsi Health Centre. The collaborative projects we completed during our master’s studies clearly demonstrated that while our working styles and approaches differ, they complement one another — like two sides of the same coin. From this natural synergy, FRA was born.

Our architectural studio is dedicated to providing architectural and design services to both private and commercial clients. At the core of our work are high quality standards, aesthetic clarity, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. We believe that every project is unique and deserves a personalized, thorough approach that takes into account the client’s vision, needs, and possibilities.

We work with advanced design tools and digital technologies that enable a comprehensive and precise design process. These digital workflows support efficient project management and ensure quality at every stage. We also create realistic 3D visualizations that help clients understand and clearly envision the final result already during the design phase.
